Sébastien Hameline is a Paris-born immersive production specialist based in Los Angeles, focused on live-action capture across XR, VR, AR, and MR. His work blends technical precision with creative execution, spanning roles such as director of photography, immersive capture lead, motion control operator, director of photogrammetry, and producer.
A graduate of Sorbonne University, he has created projects for Meta, Google, Disney, Intel, Fox, Warner Bros., Hulu, and Amazon Studios, across narrative, documentary, branded experiences, and music.
His expertise covers immersive 180º/360º 3D, spatial video, dome projection, photogrammetry, AI-assisted workflows, and real-time headset streaming. He has led multi-camera immersive concert captures for AAA music acts including Muse, U2, Kiss, Snoop Dogg, Major Lazer, Shawn Mendes, Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter, and Phoenix.
His work, recognized for advancing immersive storytelling, has received multiple Emmy and Clio nominations.
